Full version of Minecraft 1.5.1, Follow the instructions in the readme or read them here. its very simple. No surveys or Passwords or ANY bullshit. SEED SEED SEED. 
INSTRUCTIONS: 
To Install. click on the "Minecraft 1.5.1" exe. it will lead you through the setup. after the setup, type any name in the
username box and customize your memory allocation (if you want to) and click launch. create a world. and start playing.
P.s : You dont have to have internet to play. and you can move the Minecraft 1.5.1 exe to other computers and set it
up there too. (:
